COBRAS STING THE BANGALOREANS

Well, now everyone gets it,these South Africans are in India for some serious business. The COBRAS have come down hard on the BANGALOREANS,chasing their 180 runs with 2 balls to spare.

Though the COBRAS too had their moments of  scare, and the BANGALOREANS had there moments of glory, but thanks to the heroics of J.P Duminy with the bat,the cobras emerged victors.
Things though weren't bad all through for the BANGALOREANS. Anil Kumble,on winning the toss ,happily went on to bat on a solid batting wicket. And his batsmen too didn't disappoint the skipper putting up a good 180 of  the stipulated 20 overs with Robin Uthappa and Ross Tailor putting up a brilliant batting display.

The Cobras though erred in their initial overs losing the wickets of Herschelle Gibbs and Andrew Puttick in quick succesion. But was only after this that COBRAS tightened their belts with J.P Duminy and Henry Davids steadying the innings.Though Duminy also had his lucky moments when Tailor dropped a dolly on long off when Duminy  was at 23.After that it was  Duminy all along hitting 5 sixes and 8 boundaries and scoring a blistering 99(not Out) of just 52 deliveries.
A target of 181 thus appeared futile with Duminy at its best.
Well Done CoBRAS,aaaaaaaaand  all the best  to both the teams for the upcoming matches.
